There_Is_No_Video_When_A_Remote_VTS480_Calls_A_Local_VTS480_In_My_LAN

Discontinued Product.

It is probable that your router does not support UPnP or UPnP is disabled in it. If it is disabled, enable UPnP in your router and try again. Else, your router should be programmed to route video port to the VTS480 in your LAN. By default, each VTS480 uses the port 52014 for video. If you have several VTS480 phones in your LAN, assign a specific video port for each of them. You may set the video port for each VTS480 in its Settings Menu. Then forward these ports to the IP addresses of VTS480 phones in your router.

Be careful not to assign a port which is already used by your Telesis IP PBX or any other equipment in your network.
