PX24N_Rev_6_-_Sometimes_I_Hear_Echo_For_VoIP_Calls_Why

It is a common mistake that echo canceling is misunderstood by the public. The truth is that echo canceling cancels the echo in the transmit direction. Assume that the PX24N rev.6 is connected to another equipment over IP. The echo canceler of the PX24N would make the user of the other connected equipment echo-free and comfortable while talking to the PX24N users. If the two PX24N systems would be interconnected over IP then it is ensured that both side users would be in comfort while talking to each other provided that network equipment are also echo-free. Consequently, please first check the connected VoIP equipment if it is with a capable echo canceler too.
