Discontinued Product

This page is for the PX24N Nano r5 (revision 5)

CLICK ON PX24N Nano rev.7 FOR THE REVISION 7.

Initially

This document assumes that you will install your PX24N IP PBX when there is an internet or local area connection (ADSL modem, router, hub, switch etc) as shown below.

Step-1

Disconnect your analog telephone from ADSL splitter/filter (if exits). Connect your ADSL splitter/filter (if there is no, then your PSTN line) to the connector 1 at the bottom of your PX24N. If you have more PSTN lines, you may also connect them to the connectors 2 and 3 in sequence. See below the animation for this connection.

Step-2

Connect your analog telephone to the connector 4 at the bottom of your PX24N. If you have more analog telephones, you may also connect them to the connectors 5 and 6 in sequence. See below the animation for this connection.

Step-3

Connect the ethernet connector of your PX24N to a free ethernet line on the ADSL modem, router, hub, switch etc. Be sure to use yellow colored direct-connected ethernet cable available in the PX24N package for this purpose. See below the animation for this connection.

Finally

When you have followed the above mentioned steps, your new environment with the PX24N looks like as shown below.
